Privacy Policy

Field Net is built for real estate agents who handle sensitive financial information. We've designed it to collect as little data as technically possible.

What we don't collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you or your sellers. There is no signup, no account, and no user database.

Your net sheet data stays in your browser

Every number you enter into the calculator — sale prices, mortgage balances, commissions, property addresses, seller names — stays entirely inside your browser. This data is never sent to our servers. Closing the tab or clearing your browser storage removes it.

Agent profile

If you unlock agent branding, your name, photo, logo, and contact info are stored in your browser's localStorage. They are used only to render branded PDFs locally. We never receive a copy.

Analytics

We use PostHog to record anonymous, aggregated product usage (page views, feature clicks). PostHog does not collect form values, calculator inputs, or PII.

Payments

The $29 unlock is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your payment card details.
